Sales Process

You’ve chosen your vehicle. You are happy with the figures, what happens next?

Your Sales Executive will complete a simple proposal form with you and subject to acceptance will generate an order confirmation and take a £500 holding deposit (This will be deducted off your initial deposit or returned dependent on Funder).

Welcome Call – Vehicle ordered confirmation

A member of our admin team will call to introduce themselves and confirm your vehicle details and that your vehicle is on order. They will also explain the process and will usually have a rough idea of some available delivery slots subject to completed paperwork. The team are here to make sure your vehicle(s) purchase and delivery run smoothly, without any hiccups

Finance Documents sent across

We will give you a quick call once we are in receipt of your Finance documents. We will explain the process. Give you your new registration number and highlight which sections to sign before posting out or emailing (Dependent on funder) for you to sign and return.

Arranging a suitable delivery date with you

Once we have received your signed original documents, and any proofs requested by funder we will give you a quick call to confirm the most suitable day and place of delivery.

Delivery Confirmed / Insurance Certificate

We would now have a confirmed delivery booked and will now require a valid insurance certificate (Some Manufacturers offer a FREE 7 Day Cover) or cover note to make sure the vehicle is registered / taxed and for delivery to proceed as expected. Any questions please do not hesitate to let us know.

Prior to delivery

Dependent on Funder the balance of your initial deposit may be requested alternatively the initial deposit will be collected via Direct Debit after delivery.

Vehicle delivered

We expect a smooth delivery and drivers are asked to give you a courtesy call one hour prior to arrival (Unfortunately we have no control over this) to confirm. We would expect to give a courtesy call within 24 Hours to confirm everything is as expected, we want you to feel absolutely delighted with your new vehicle and hopefully the service we offer.

We take customer service very seriously and pride ourselves on offering a Platinum service which is why we are always only a phone call away and don’t just take our word for it see what our customers say about us it doesn't stop once you have taken delivery; our Customer Service department will also be on hand to answer any queries that you may have once you have taken delivery, and for the duration of your contract.
