Who supplies and delivers my vehicle?
All our vehicles are supplied by UK dealers authorised by the vehicle manufacturer and will be delivered FREE of charge to your front door or work premises.
What warranty if any do I get if I buy through We Got Any Van?
All our vans are UK supplied and will come with a 3 year Manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated). If you encounter any problem with your new vehicle in this time period, please contact your nearest local main dealer, and they will arrange to look at and rectify the fault.

Do I need a deposit?
We quote with an initial deposit of 3 payments some funders will offer payments as low as one payment in advance. Dependent on the finance company deposits may need to be taken prior to the vehicle being delivered or 7-10 days after delivery via Direct Debit. You can increase your initial payment in order to lower your monthly payments if you wish.
Will We Got Any Van charge me an admin fee?
No, we will never add an administration charge for processing an order through us. Check the small print of other offers as this can be as high as £500 with other companies.
So what is the process, I am happy with the quote and am looking to place an order?
Firstly we need to send across an order confirmation for you to check the van specifications and quote and if happy sign and return. Dependent on the funding option we would need to complete a finance application and a holding deposit usually £500 (Can be higher on rare specifications and Custom Orders) will be taken this usually returned on day of delivery if not sooner. Once the finance is accepted we would email/post the finance documents for you to sign and return with the required proofs during this process the van will be prepared and any options fitted ready for registration. Upon receipt of the Finance documents these will be sent to the funder at this point we would require an insurance document to register the vehicle and arrange a delivery day to suit and this will be followed up with a courtesy call to confirm receipt of your van.
Can we cancel if we change our minds or circumstances change?
It depends at which stage of the process we are at. We take a holding deposit and upon a signed order confirmation we start the process of moving our vehicles ready for registration and start fitting accessories if requested. It is not our intention to keep your money but we incur costs from the minute you return the signed order confirmation. If the order is near completion you may incur charges higher than the holding deposit which you will charged for. If it is simply down to price we offer a "Price match guarantee" so speak to us first.
Is there a credit check involved in either Hire Purchase, Contract Hire or Finance Lease deals?
Yes, there will be a credit check in all three options different funders have different levels of acceptance but it is unlikely to get an acceptance with a Default or several missed payments and no chance with a County Court Judgement (CCJ) unless satisfied and this is still unlikely.
How long before I take delivery of my new van?
Usually we would quote 14-21 days but it can be as quick as 5 days. The faster we complete the paperwork the faster we can arrange delivery. Vehicles in stock generally take 7-10 days.
What if I want to end the agreement early?
Contract Hire – We can obtain a termination quote during anytime of the agreement. The earlier you terminate the more expensive it will be.
Finance Lease / Hire Purchase – Contact the funder for an early settlement figure.
Is RFL included during the leasing period?
Yes throughout the term on Contract Hire and for One year on Finance Lease / Hire Purchase agreements.
Is Ply-lining included in the prices quoted?
Usually no but some funders make it a requirment as part of their agreement. This can be arranged at additonal costs as can most accessories Roof Rack, Tow Bars, Bluetooth Kits etc.
Can I buy the vehicle at the end of my contract?
It is possible to purchase the vehicle at the end of certain agreements, please call our sales team for more info.
Do I need to take the van to my local dealer for servicing?
No although we do recommend using a franchised dealer, as long as the garage uses genuine manufacturer’s parts and service schedules to keep the Pan European warranty valid and is VAT registered.
Do you stock all the vans listed on your website?
Yes, although our stock does change daily. If you require something a little different or factory order we can arrange this for you. We also have access to literally thousands of vehicles through our network of dealers.
What happens if there is a problem with my vehicle upon delivery?
Customer happiness is very important to us so contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem or advise how to.
